Q: What are your operation hours?
A: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. You may always send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: What is your minimum order amount?
A: We DO NOT have a minimum order. You can order 1 product or 1000 products.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment: Major credit cards: MasterCards/Eurocards, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch Maestro, Solo, Paypal. *Please Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately once your order is submitted.
Q: What is the shipping charge on orders within the U.K.?
A: All U.K. orders are posted FREE of charge.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Yes we do. We ship our products worldwide.
Q: What is the shipping charge on orders outside the U.K.?
A: Charges on orders outside U.K. depend on the destination country and order weight. Contact us so we can work out the shipping cost for your order.
Q: How may days for delivery outside the UK such as to the USA, Australia etc?
A: It normally takes between 4 and 7 business days for delivery outside the UK.
However, this depends on other factors such as delays by customs at the destination country, their internal mail delivery time frame etc.
Q; How long after I place an order do you dispatch?
A: Normally within 2 to 4 business day.
Q: How do I know if an order I placed online has been shipped?
A: You will receive a confirmation e-mail (make sure the email address you supply is correct).
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Only if you select to have your order posted via the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery option.
This is only available for orders within the United Kingdom. However, we have proof of postage slips for all orders we post for you.
Q: What if I don't feel comfortable providing my credit card information online?
A: You may submit your order via telephone. We will be happy to assist you with your purchase.
Q: What is your customer returns policy?
A: We do not accept returns from.
We will obviously exchange damaged, faulty or incorrectly posted items.
